PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

RETURN POLICY
For a 100% refund on the paid unit price (minus any PayPal or Stripe processing fees), return the entire UNUSED VictoryVest and components within 90 days to:

We do not sell refurbished units, and therefore will not refund units that have been used.
Please note that all returns will be opened in front of postal workers; if a unit has been used, it will not be refunded.
We do not pay or reimburse shipping costs, and reserve the right to withhold the original PayPal or Stripe fees (since we didn’t get those in the first place). It’s always a good idea to include a note with your name and address for faster processing. Also a good idea you email us with a heads-up at:

Manufacturer’s warranty:
We have an unconditional 1 Year Warranty, followed by a conditional Lifetime warranty.
* The warranty requires proper usage of the vest and bands. We will not replace products damaged due to improper use. We also reserve the right not to replace product due to mere “aesthetic” problems, such as a “loose thread” or “blemish” on the bands, or any other problem that does not effect function but is only a visual issue.
Regarding the “Lifetime Warranty,” we also reserve the right to replace only one product per calendar year, after the initial unconditional first year warranty ends. Replacements are only awarded for damage that may occur from proper use, and does not cover purely visual defects or blemishes, loose threads, or any other purely visual issues that do not effect the functionality of the vest.
Examples of improper use: using too much weight on any of the vest loops, using the VictoryVest as a sled harness, causing the resistance bands to become worn, frayed, cut, or have nicks – due to using against rough surfaces, especially with rough-surface-carabiners, or by getting caught rubbing against or caught within the spring lock mechanism of the carabiner, will VOID any ability to refund.
We are not liable if customers give incorrect shipping information and their package is shipped to that wrong location. Wrong address supplied during checkout and subsequent lost packages may void refund.
